The Barista exchange is for learning and sharing in a professional, friendly environment. It is not a selling or poaching trade! A cafe’s roasters and wholesale customers are the pristine Snow Leopards and treasured Green Sea Turtles of the coffee world, and should accordingly be left alone and generally respected by guest Baristi, and on a more important level, not bought or bribed by the cafes they represent. By keeping the exchange amicable, strong, lasting relationships will come out of this unique experience! The Barista Exchange is for promoting professional skills, not sales. As a result, everyone will benefit!
