As a barista we hope that everyone respects both themselves and their cafes by:
- Arriving promptly
- Following the direction of your host cafe
- Treating the guest barista with due respect
- Not criticizing or refusing any of your host cafe’s practices
- Understanding that every cafe is different and this is a chance to learn not just doing the same thing at a different cafe
- Not Selling Anything! To Anyone!
