All guest Baristi are given the opportunity to learn from the staff of the Host Cafe.
The Barista can benefit from a change of pace for a day at a new location making some new drinks.
As a result of different techniques and a new menu to work with, the Barista will ultimately expand his or her skills.
Working with a new team for a day is a beautiful networking opportunity for local Baristi to make friends in the local, regional, and national coffee community.
The Barista exchange is for the Baristi, but the benefits are apparent for both sides of the exchange!
